Marlee - Photographer/Boss Lady

Marlee_IMG_3759.jpg

The Marlee of Marlee and Me Photography. She puts her heart, soul and clothes on the line to get the best shots. There’s no mud-pit too deep, no rock wall too steep and no dog she doesn’t want to keep. She’s always up for an adventure and loves meeting new people (and their animals).

Marlee has photographed over 300 rescue dogs and can’t wait to meet more. She’s always willing to take the extra time to make sure they are comfortable and willing participants. The same goes for her clients! She wants everyone to feel confident and beautiful in front of the camera.

Joe - Go-to Guy

Joe is the behind the scenes guy. He’s the one saving Marlee’s butt when she forgets something at home or needs help wrangling three dogs at a session. Most importantly - Joe is the backbone of Marlee and Me Photography. His positive influence and support have helped M&MP evolve and grow (he also feeds Marlee chocolate and coffee as needed - which is super important too).

Joe is the lead for location scouting. His adventurous spirit takes Marlee and Me Photography to incredible places, and his willingness to stop repeatedly on road trips for photo-ops has not gone unnoticed. He would without a doubt win employee of the month if it wasn’t for a fuzzball he rescued years ago (see below).

Lily - Test Subject/Treat Sleuth

Lily copyweb.jpg

Lily has won employee of the month for the past 12 consecutive months. She puts up with clothing/prop tests, camera tests, lighting tests, treat tests and so much more. She never complains (for too long). She’s very vocal when she disagrees with something and she’s brutally honest with her treat reviews. When Marlee is away at work, Lily is protecting the rest of her gear from the evil neighborhood squirrels.

Lily is an 8 year old rescue. She’s a Border Collie/Coonhound mix and she’s owns every aspect of those breeds. She’s too smart and too loud, but she makes life interesting. She cuddles with her employers when they are sad, she dances with them when they are happy, and she stares at them when they eat. What a good girl.
